Our approach is centred around key areas such as goal setting, player assessment, performance reviews, time management, and mentorship, all aimed at nurturing well-rounded and high-performing athletes.

We believe that clear and achievable goals are essential for player development. Our goal-setting process includes:

  • Physical Goals: Focused on improving fitness levels, strength, endurance, and overall physical conditioning.
  • Mental Goals: Aimed at enhancing mental resilience, focus, and strategic thinking.
  • Technical Goals: Concentrating on refining cricketing skills such as batting, bowling, fielding, and wicketkeeping.
  • Performance Goals: Setting specific performance targets for matches and practice sessions.

Assessment at MAMS Cricket Academy is continuous and multifaceted:

  • Initial Assessment: Conducted when a player joins the academy to understand their current skill level, fitness, and potential.
  • Monthly Reviews: Detailed reviews of individual players' performance, including statistical analysis, video reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Pre & Post Analysis: Players undergo thorough analysis before and after major tournaments and practice matches to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Monthly Review of Individual Players' Performance

Every month, players receive a comprehensive review that includes:

  • Performance Metrics: Detailed statistics on batting averages, bowling figures, and fielding performance.
  • Skill Development: Progress in specific skills identified during training sessions.
