Assessment of Players
Assessment at MAMS Cricket Academy is continuous and multifaceted:
- Initial Assessment: Conducted when a player joins the academy to understand their current skill level, fitness, and potential.
- Monthly Reviews: Detailed reviews of individual players' performance, including statistical analysis, video reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Pre & Post Analysis: Players undergo thorough analysis before and after major tournaments and practice matches to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Monthly Review of Individual Players' Performance
