General Rules & Guidelines for Outstation TeamTours MAMS Cricket Academy
- All outstation cricket teams interested in touring our facility must make a formal booking in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting the facility manager directly.
- Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required booking deposit.
- The facility should be utilized solely for cricket-related activities outlined in the booking agreement.
- Any additional usage beyond the agreed-upon terms must be pre-approved by the facility manager and it may be on an additional charge basis.
- Outstation teams are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
- Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to verbal abuse, vandalism, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the facility.
- Alcohol consumption, smoking, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Outstation teams are responsible for bringing their cricket equipment and gear, including bats, balls, pads, helmets, and any other necessary items
- The facility may provide certain equipment upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
- All players and officials must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by facility staff.
- Outstation teams are responsible for the safety of their players, coaches, and accompanying personnel during their stay at the facility.
- The facility shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the tour.
- Outstation teams are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the facility's premises.
- Teams must dispose of trash and waste in designated bins and leave the facility in the same condition as they found it.
- Any damages caused to the facility or its equipment during the tour must be reported immediately to the facility manager.
- Outstation teams are required to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines outlined by the facility management.
- Failure to adhere to the rules may result in penalties, fines, or suspension of future booking privileges.
- Payment for facility usage, including booking deposit and any applicable fees, must be made 50% in advance of the commencement of the tour.
- The full amount needs to be paid before the first match starts. Match will be permitted to start after the Tour amount has been received in full.
- No adjustments or refunds will be provided for meals that are not availed by the touring team as per their previously negotiated package.
- Cancellation of bookings must be made within the specified time frame outlined in the booking agreement to avoid penalty fees.
- Tournament regulations stipulate that touring team managers or coaches are not permitted to officiate matches.
- All teams are hereby requested to arrive at the venue by 5:00 PM.
- All departing teams are kindly requested to complete the checkout process by 6:00 PM.
- All transport requirements must be communicated at the time of tour confirmation. No last-minute requests will be accepted or accommodated.
- Teams are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement regarding their experience at our facility. Feedback may be submitted directly to the facility website/designated feedback channels.
- These rules, regulations, and guidelines are subject to change at the discretion of the facility management.
- Any amendments or updates will be communicated to outstation teams promptly.
- Touring team members are advised not to enter the forest premises after dark for their safety. This is a protected national park that falls under the Wildlife Act.
