• Wake-up: 530 AM (summer), 6:00 AM (winter)
• Morning Fitness/Prayer/Assembly: 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
• Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner — as per mess schedule and timings.
• Evening Study/Academics: 2 hrs minimum (school hostel)
• Evening Practice/Net Session: 1 hrs minimum (academy hostel)
• Lights Out: 10:00 PM sharp

• Parents/guardians may visit students only during visiting hours on weekends and Public Holidays with prior permission between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• No visitors, including parents, are allowed from Monday to Saturday to ensure students remain focused on training and academics.
• Parents must inform the admission counsellor and Warden before they come to visit.
• No visitor is allowed inside the hostel rooms; meetings will take place in the designated visitor area.
• Meeting outside the hostel campus is not allowed.
• Special circumstances, such as parents travelling from far away, business commitments, or academic consultations, can be considered an exception, but only with prior approval from the Principal or Hostel Warden.
• Phone/video calls will be allowed as per hostel schedule, and days allotted.
• In case of an emergency, please call on the warden's number or school number.
• There is no free accommodation for parents. Paid Guest house is available on prior information.
• Must take a prior approved appointment to meet the principal.

• Students are not allowed to leave the academy for religious festivals or ceremonies during training periods.
• The only exceptions are academy-declared holidays such as Shivratri, Holi, Baisakhi, Eid, Janmashtami, Dussehra, Diwali, and Guru Nanak's Birthday.
• Students may attend the wedding of a real sibling (blood brother or sister) with prior permission from the Principal or Warden.
• Weddings of extended family members (uncles, aunts, cousins, etc.) will not be considered for leave.
• Attendance at local weddings in Dehradun of close relatives is at the discretion of the Warden/Principal and must take place on Sundays or holidays.
• Requests for wedding leave must be made at least a week in advance and must include proper documentation.

• Attendance in morning and evening study/sports sessions, and all meals are compulsory, on time.
• If student gets late more than twice a month, disciplinary actions will be taken.
• No student is allowed outside the hostel without warden's permission.
• Gate passes for outings will only be issued with prior approval from parents & Principal/Warden.
• Late entry into the hostel is a serious violation.
• Outing timings are strictly between 11:30 AM and 6:00 PM. only twice a month depending upon students' behaviour and performance.
• While outside, students must always be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or an authorised staff member

• School Hostel Students: Must attend classes, submit homework, and participate in academic tests along with their cricket schedule.
• Academy Hostel Students: Must attend all coaching sessions, fitness training, and matches/tournaments as per their cricket schedule.
• Minimum 75% attendance in both academics & sports training is compulsory to continue in the hostel.

• Personal hygiene, clean uniforms, clean rooms, toilets, and proper sports gear are mandatory.
• Any illness or injury must be reported immediately to the hostel warden/coach.
• Students are not allowed to keep medicines without permission — all medication must be deposited with the warden and consumed only after approval.
• No one is allowed to leave campus without an outpass and permission.

• Students and Players are requested to always wear clean uniforms and clothes.
• Days have been allotted for washing clothes.
• Make entry in laundry record kept by Warden, before giving count of clothes and receiving clothes after wash.
• Keep your clothes carefully and treat them as your own responsibility.

• Leave will only be granted in exceptional cases with written requests from parents.
• No leave during exams, tournaments, coaching, camps, or compulsory events.
• Medical leave requires a doctor's or a registered medical practitioner’s certificate.
• The leave application must be approved 7 days before.
• Hostel Leave Register must be signed before leaving and after returning.

• Discipline during travel, matches, and tournaments is mandatory.
• Students must wear prescribed academy uniforms/kits at all times.
• Timings in hotels, host schools or tour venues must be strictly followed.
• No unsanctioned shopping, outings, or meeting outsiders during tours unnecessarily.
• Performance, fitness, and conduct will be evaluated regularly — continuation in academy is based on this.
• Compulsory for selected players to play matches and participate well.
• Tour and tournament fees must be paid in advance, at least three days before the event.

• Bullying, ragging, fighting, or any form of harassment.
• Consumption of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, steroids, or energy boosters.
• Possession of weapons, sharp objects, or harmful substances.
• Watching inappropriate content or misuse of internet/gadgets.
• Missing practice, classes, or hostel roll-call without reason.

Consequences: Warning » Fines 1000+, » Suspension » Expulsion

• Fees must be paid in advance before the due dates between Tst to 7th every month.
• Non-payment of dues (practice and classes may stop temporarily as a result)
• Non-payment of fees may lead to discontinuation from the hostel/academy.
• Admission Fee and Monthly fee paid is non-refundable.
• Caution Money Refund is only eligible if 30 days notice is served.
• Refunds will be processed after 90 working days, from the date of leaving the hostel.
• In case, prior notice is not provided, the caution money will be forfeited and cannot be claimed later.
• Refunds will be made within 90 working days to 6 months of application, through cheque/bank transfer only, never in cash.
• Parents will be asked to provide bank details for refund.

• Every student must maintain a minimum balance of 3,000 in their hostel pocket money account.
• If availed till limit 3,000, deposit remaining amount to maintain the initial deposit amount 10000/- again.
• Students must submit a Pocket Money Withdrawal Slip duly signed by them at least 7 working days in advance, so that it can be easily approved by Authorities.
• Every withdrawal slip must be signed by the Hostel Warden, Admission Incharge and approved by the Principal and Director, After handing over amount, it should be signed by Accounts
• Without signatures, slips will not be processed.
• Parents must send a SMS/email for every withdrawal for his/her ward.
• Parents will be informed by SMS/email for every withdrawal by the admission cell..

• Any unutilized balance at the end of the year will be automatically carried forward to next year.
• Refunded to parents after clearing all outstanding dues and it will be refunded along with caution money amount between 90 days - 6 months of date of leaving the hostel.

• Mobile phones: (allowed ONLY as per hostel mobile policy)
• School Hostel Students: Phones will be collected and issued on designated days and hours.
• Cricket Hostel Students: Limited use allowed at fixed times after practice for study
• Parent calling : Only once a week on Sunday.
• In cases of emergency or urgent family commmunication, the parents are allowed to contact the Admission Counsellor - 8265847144 (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and Warden - 8279652241 (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
• Students attending paid classes or coaching (and requiring phone access during regular days for attending classes must submit a formal application with attached proofs on enrollment, class timings, weekly checking of notes and progress discussion and a reference number of a coaching teacher.

• In case of any injury, academy will NOT be responsible. The academy will provide immediate treatment and inform parent to consult a specialist thereafter. Parents need to bare all the medical expenses themselves.
